Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery then takes 8–15 business days to Great Britain and 7–14 business days to the EU. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Yes, on orders over £75 to Great Britain and over €75 to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Below that, tracked shipping costs £3.95 to Great Britain and €4.95 to the EU.
To Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and the European Union. We don't ship to Northern Ireland yet.
Every product page has its own size chart under Size & fit, in centimetres, measured on the garment. Lay a similar piece you own flat, measure it and compare. Between sizes? Write to us and we'll help.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one. See Returns for how it works.
