Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Because we work with a network of trusted suppliers and warehouses, delivery times can vary slightly by product. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 8–15 business days in Great Britain and 7–14 business days in the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay. You'll receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order is delayed

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window shown at checkout, contact us at contact@mantelandmoss.com. We'll look into it and, if needed, agree on a new reasonable delivery date with you. If we still can't deliver within that time, you're entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free and tracked on orders over £75 to Great Britain and over €75 to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Below that, tracked shipping costs £3.95 to Great Britain and €4.95 to the EU. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. All prices on our website include VAT. 

Where we ship

We ship to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. We don't ship to Northern Ireland yet.

Orders shipped from outside the EU

Some items ship directly from supplier warehouses outside the EU. For these orders, EU import VAT is already included in your checkout price — you won't be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery. If a specific item ships from outside the EU and this is not the case, we'll clearly state this on the product page.

Responsibility for your package

Your order remains our responsibility until it's delivered to you. If a package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — you won't need to deal with the carrier yourself.

Order changes and cancellations

Want to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies instead.
