Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece, for any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law.

To return, email contact@mantelandmoss.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the pieces you want to return. Then send the pieces back within 14 days of your email to: Mantel and Moss, Kristiansandstraat 8, 2548 JT The Hague, Netherlands.

Return shipping costs
You pay the cost of sending your return, unless the piece is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Condition
Please return pieces unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop. If it shows more wear than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds
We refund the price of the returned pieces to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid. We may wait until we have received the pieces back or you have sent proof of postage, whichever comes first. The cost of sending your return is not refunded.

Exchanges
Return the piece you have and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping. You also always have a legal warranty of at least 2 years.
