Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece, for any reason. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece is faulty or we sent you the wrong one.

How to return

1. Email contact@mantelandmoss.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the pieces you want to return.
2. Send the pieces back within 14 days of your email, to: Mantel and Moss, Kristiansandstraat 8, 2548 JT The Hague, Netherlands.
3. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Sending from the UK? Mark the parcel as "Returned goods" and include a copy of your order confirmation, so it isn't held at customs.

Condition

Please return pieces unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You can try a piece on as you would in a shop. If it shows more wear than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned pieces to your original payment method within 14 days of your return request. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid. We may wait until the pieces have arrived back or you've sent us proof of postage, whichever comes first. The cost of sending your return is not refunded.

Exchanges

Return the piece you have and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Faulty or wrong item

Email us your order number and a photo. We'll replace the piece or refund you in full, including any return shipping. Your legal warranty of at least two years always applies.
