EU Withdrawal Request

Under EU and UK consumer law, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Write to contact@mantelandmoss.com with your order number, your name and address, and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Returning the goods

Send the pieces back within 14 days of your notice to Mantel and Moss, Kristiansandstraat 8, 2548 JT The Hague, Netherlands. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return pieces unworn with tags attached; we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling them more than needed to check them.

Refund

All payments, including standard delivery, are refunded within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending, whichever is earlier.
