1. Who we are
These terms apply to all orders placed through mantelandmoss.com, operated by Mantel and Moss, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42156789, with its registered address at Kristiansandstraat 8, 2548 JT The Hague, Netherlands. 2. Applicability
By placing an order you accept these terms. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Where they conflict, the specific policy takes precedence.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable tax. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before processing your order and you may cancel free of charge.

4. How an agreement is formed
Our product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An agreement exists once we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is unavailable — we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.

5. Delivery
We ship to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and the European Union. We don't ship to Northern Ireland yet. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll resolve it. If we still cannot deliver within a reasonable additional period, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or not as ordered. The full conditions and return procedure are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty
You are entitled to a product that works as you may reasonably expect. A legal warranty of at least two years applies under EU law. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. Orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you cannot always be recovered. Products must be used as intended and in line with any care instructions provided.

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Mantel and Moss or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Privacy
We process personal data in line with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.

12. Complaints and disputes
If you're unhappy with something, email us and we'll respond within 5 business days. If we can't resolve it together, you can contact your national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country. These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
