Shipping & Delivery

Free tracked shipping on orders over £75 to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and over €75 to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Below that, tracked shipping costs £3.95 to Great Britain and €4.95 to the EU. We don't ship to Northern Ireland yet.

Processing

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Pieces ship directly from our production partners, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 8–15 business days to Great Britain and 7–14 business days to the EU.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Late or lost

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, write to contact@mantelandmoss.com with your order number. Your parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you: if it is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.
